About the Organization
Arid Aid Kenya (AAK) is a youth-led, non-profit community organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living in the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs) of Kenya. The organization operates primarily in Garissa, Wajir, and Mandera counties. It is led by young people aged 18–30 years and focuses on Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, Governance and Civic Engagement, Child Protection, Education, and Climate Justice.

Mission
To empower young people and communities through peacebuilding, good governance, child protection, quality education, climate justice, and community-driven development initiatives that promote sustainable peace and resilience.

Target Beneficiaries
